Listed here is a bolt head detail kit I have assembled for the 1/12 & 1/20 scale DFV valve covers.

This has been a recurring question I have had over the years as to what size to use from my list of parts for this application. I have finally assembled what i believe to be correct after putting one together and showing it here.

All parts are machined from aluminum with cut hexes on Bolt Heads and the Socket Head detail have a small shallow bore to represent the hex . Parts have mounting stems so you will be required to remove molded in bolt detail, drill, and glue in or press fit new detail parts. All parts are labeled and shown in sample head above. Please note that part "C" has been recessed half way down in head. Valve Covers are NOT supplied.

*PLEASE NOTE: When purchasing #1459, drill bits as small as .009"- (#89)(.23mm) will be required for installation.
