Delivery Information

Domestic and Overseas S&H is available to all. Domestic S&H anywhere in the United States and its territories is $5.00. All other destinations also $17.00. Insurance for all domestic packages under $75.00 is $3.00 and is optional. This fee is less than the actual cost of insurance and RBMOTION will cover the balance. Insurance is not available to overseas locations unless Registered Mail option is selected. RBMOTION will cover the insurance cost on all DOMESTIC orders of $75.00 or more. Cost of REGISTERED packages is $24.00 and is your best protection from loss or damage as it travels under lock and key and is well tracked.

IMPORTENT: PLEASE NOTE:
RBMOTION is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You have entrusted various post offices to deliver your packages, not RBMOTION. We can not be held responsible for their errors, all though we will do everything humanly possible to help locate or retrieve your package if needed. On a good note, the post offices here and abroad must be good at what they do as they have only lost (1) package out of several thousand since 1992. Insurance is still strongly encouraged.

Return Policy:
We offer a 10 Day Trial Period. We want you to be happy with our services. If you are not pleased with the quality, find defects, or find you have ordered the wrong size, please send them back for a full refund or exchange. Note that the product should be sent back in new and re-sellable condition otherwise it will not be accepted.
